
Éabha Bortolozzo is an award-winning writer and director specializing in traditional animation. A graduate of the National Film School at IADT with First Class Honours, she began her career at Radii Animation, working on short films and a children's TV pilot for RTÉ Jr.
Her debut film Her Song was funded through the Frameworks scheme and went on to win numerous awards, including an IFTA and a longlisting for the 2022 Academy Awards. She further developed her craft at The Animation Workshop in Denmark and through the acclaimed Offline Animation Residency, where she created two original projects—BOG , now screening internationally, and a forthcoming short due in 2025.
